The AnaMumDiary Christmas 2011 In Photographs

Well the festivities are over, there is just New Year ahead now! So I thought I would post just a few photographs of our Christmas this year.

Family time.

Father Christmas this year has a bottle of beer and a homemade jam tart (by Grandma Potter’s fair hands) a carrot for Rudolf and some reindeer food. And finally another handmade tart, this time a lemon curd for the Tooth Fairy, as Miss N’s  tooth fell out on Christmas Eve! Lots to fit on the Christmas plate!
He’s been!

Opening the stockings.

The girls helping one another.

Thank you!

She’s a STAR!

Playing ring on a string, at the Chapman’s.

I really love you!

A grumpy dance move or charades?

Sleeping Lions.

Baking at Grandma and Granddads.

Yum!

Yum…YUM!

Finally Tall Dad and I had two gorgeous new Stockings made by @AudreysCat in vintage fabric from her Etsy shop HERE. We just love them!

365 Photography Project

365 Photography Project

I’ve decided this year alongside my blog I am going to do a 365 photography project, or is it 366…I think it is!!

I love this idea, the thought of a year-long project and the discipline it will take, will be good for me. It’s a great excuse to really to get to grips with my new camera too, thanks Tall Dad!

Which in turn will hopefully make me able to produce a really amazing bunch of memories for my family. Hopefully my photography might improve as well?

So I am writing this post more as a promise to myself (I’ll feel I can’t back down now) so here’s what I need to do:

1. Bring my camera everywhere…I’ve also got my phone for emergencies.

2. Make sure I remain varied. Whether it means I make sure I have at least one photo each week or fortnight that is of a completely different theme, trying to stretch myself.

3. Be disciplined, try to post once a day, but if you need to collect up each week of photographs to submit, this is ok too. If too busy don’t have to much of a backlog, I’ll start to begrudge the project.

4. Experiment!

5. Make time to read the instruction book!

6. Use photography programmes. (again experiment)

7..Follow your own rules!

So starting from the 1st of January The Ana Mum Diary 365 project, let the fun begin ;).

The Ana Mum Diary Christmas Message

Wishing all of my friends on both twitter and this blog, a very Merry Christmas.

This year has been a hard one, but made easier by the great friends that I have made. Thank you for all the follows, subscriptions and comments, to all the companies and people who I have worked with, it really has been a pleasure, thank you.

I sincerely hope whatever you dream of this Christmas, big or small you receive. But most of all I hope we all have lots of fun, good health, love and laughter.

Merry Christmas, Peace & Love!
