Jubilee Table Decoration

| May 31, 2012 | 5 Comments

I wanted to make something really simple to use as a decoration over the bank holiday weekend.

My mum came up trumps, when she dropped off a couple of the Silver Jubilee mugs, that you can see my brother and I using HERE. I decided to use those together with a Cath Kidston mug, that I chipped the other day.

I purchased some red, white and blue flowers:

Now at this point I need to point out that I am not a florist, but you will be able to see this when you scroll down.  In fact I usually only ever buy cream or white flowers, I’m not very adventurous at all.

It’s a little bit garish, but that’s part of the fun (she says trying to convince herself) now I just need to remember to add some water.
