Are you planning a wedding this year?
Well from the 21st of January 2013 John Lewis in Nottingham has launched a new dedicated wedding shop. This dedicated area brings together all of the food, favours and decorating, that John Lewis hold, together in one space.
These beautiful wedding items will be in the store, all year round for the first time. Which means customers can shop for their wedding essentials at any time of year! There will also be personalised stationery, beauty and fashion, to help inspire customers, whilst also reflecting current fashion trends:
Following three main inspirational themes, the displays are amazing.
Traditional – silver and white
Vintage – cream, linen and beige
Pink – The prettiest of shades
You can find the wedding shop on second floor, at the Nottingham John Lewis branch.
On the 26-27 of January customers can enjoy a glass of bubbly and canapés whilst listening to harpist Liath Collins or on the 16-17 February, a string quartet from the Nottingham Youth orchestra. Instore gift food sampling and wine tasting together with, a pop up bridal parlour in womenswear, ensures all members of the bridal party will be catered for.
As ever John Lewis has so much to offer, with wedding gift lists, but most of all, exceptional customer service from a brand you can trust.
Keep you eyes peeled, as tomorrow I have a competition to celebrate the opening of the Wedding Shop in Nottingham.

Oh to do it all again!! I’d wear pale pink this time and want a glass carriage like Jordan!
Amanda Cottingham says
Hah, for me, it would be pink, but married by an Elvis impersonator. That’s not strange right? 😉

Wow! Really good that they’ve concentrated all their wedding stuff in one place – looks great. So many people I speak to just head to eBay these days for favours, centre pieces, ivites – everything! It’s really good to be able to go and see things in the flesh, and it’s so hard to find someone that groups all the wedding-specific stuff together like this. Hopefully other Lewis’s will follow suit – I may have to try and and invite myself along to sing at their next event!
