I Love Mondays Is Back!

Following my fab trip to America this summer, I am very excited to be writing this new I Love Mondays post.  I have been doing so much internet searching recently as we are changing our living room a little. New sofas at last hurrah!

I’m nearly there with my little makeover, but wanted to share with you an online shop that I discovered whilst  online shopping called Fashion for Home which I LOVE!

Fashion For Home is an online shop that sells gorgeous pieces of designer furniture without the scary designer price tag. All delivery is free and they are part of the Sustainable Furnishing Council.

I thought I would pick out just a few of my favourite pieces.  I must admit I’m spoilt for choice!

How about this dining table and chairs?

I absolutely love this. It is part of the Copine collection, and has the vintage charm, that really attracts me.

I love the contrast of the white to the warm solid walnut wood. Also coming in white oak, it’s on offer too at the moment too. ;)

I also love the simple styling of this living room :

I love the Wave One Convertable Chair, it is minimal, and very modern in style, but with a retro twist.  With a fold out feature which will transform your armless chair into a bench – perfect for when you have guests over and need more seating.  With four fold-out positions, the Wave One Convertible Chair looks incredibly versatile.

Or how about the shelving.  We for one do not have enough shelving in our living room, or places to display things.  I love that this will blend in with any colour scheme, and is such a neutral colour the books and your treasure really take centre stage. In this image the Nevada White Shelves look fantastic, I am really tempted to see if I can fit them into my living room.  I hope Tall Dad is reading this!

And finally, because I always think even the most neutral palate needs a pop of colour.

How about this pink sofa, which is in actual fact a sofa bed The Dendera B Sofa bed is great if you have no room for a full-sized sofa bed, so if you are sort of space it’s perfect.

Whether you are one of those families who spend months before your baby’s birth meticulously planning your nursery’s design, or one who waits until the day the baby comes home to start thinking about it, you’ll have a lot to consider when it comes to buying nursery furniture. Between choosing a colour scheme and creating a space that will grow with baby, you might think you have enough to deal with, but then add into it that you’re probably tightening your belt in preparation for the increased cost of raising baby and you’ll be looking for ways to create your dream nursery without breaking the bank. This guide will give you a few hints and tips of how to do just that.
