Well, it has been an even trickier week! I’ve had a bit of a chat to myself, I needed to remember why I am doing this project. So I’m going to concentrate on doing this for my family as a record of the year.
Wollaton Hall
I unbelievably forgot my memory card, so this is really the only photograph I got of our trip out, snapped on my phone. It is definitely creepy, however I liked the shadows on the ceiling and the way the hunting dog’s face has been illuminated….
A Kiss For Grandpa
This one really makes me smile, Miss A is not keen on kissing Grandpa because he’s “too spiky” so this really is one to cherish.
Happy Valentines Day
How spooky is this…..I made the card on the right, and the one on the left Tall Dad bought!
If you want to see want I gave Tall Dad for Valentines Day see ** HERE **..its epic!!!
A Valentines Biscuit *This weeks Favourite*
Love this one, it’s made me want to take more portraits.
Friendship
We had friends over today, and I took this whilst Miss N and her friend were doing puzzles together.
Popcorn + Movie = Friday
I nearly chose this as my favourite, I keep swapping between the two. I love the light from the window, and that you can see the popcorn in such a tight shot.
My Beautiful Miss N
I think Miss N looks really beautiful in this one. As I was taking the photographs (the girls are really getting used to it now) she hardly ever looked up. I messed up on the focus, but I do love it!
That was my half term week of photographs, I hope you enjoyed them.
Thank you for reading

Considering you have struggled a bit this week, you have taken another set o beautiful photos, all really natural shots. It does help that you have two beautiful daughters too. The last two shots I think are absolutely gorgeous!

Lovely photos this week, funny how you feel like you’re not going to be able to get another week of photos and then you get some great shots. I love the Valentine’s cards. My husband and I have done that spooky connection through cards too, bought each other the same card one year, weird! Here’s to another week of great pics.

The large photo is lovely.
And I also like the way the flash has illuminated the dog’s head – just sad about them all being stuck on a wall, as I am sure you agree.

Lovely photos. I also like the biscuit one the best – there’s something so beautiful about the way the eyes look in it.
First one is a bit creepy – but I agree the shadows are good.
