I think most parents come under two camps when it comes to labelling their children’s belongings. The Mrs Do’s and the Mrs Never Wills.
Why you wouldn’t want to mark all your children’s belongings is beyond me. I never want to put my hand in the lost property bin of doom again ever!
But if you label as I do, there are lots of restrictions!
I have tried the iron on labels, they always fall off after a couple of washers. I really don’t like the pens! Is it just me who can’t seem to write legibly with them? I can’t read my own daughters name, never mind anyone elses!
I’ve even bought those stickers for shoes. I once lost one of my shoes whilst I was at school in PE, they were polyvelts, do you remember those? It was just so traumatic… but I digress.
The main negative for any of these systems, is ONE systems does not fit all, until now…
STAMPtastic, is a nifty and very clever system that all parents (Mrs I Do’s) should use. It’s the brainchild of three busy mums with 8 children amongst them. What they have created, is an extremely easy to use personalised stamp, with a clever ink that works on lots of different materials.
Here in STAMPtastic words is what the stamps can do!
A new fast way of naming all your belongings!
A personalised stamp handmade in the UK, usable on fabric, metal, wood & plastic.
No more sewing or ironing on labels. No more losing
your pencil-case or P.E. kit!
Now you can just stamp everything!
Transparent block for accurate, easy positioning.
The ink will last wash after wash.
I have now tested the stamp on lots of items, and it really does work. I have tried it on shiny plastic of a music bag, pencils and a satin style fabric, on the inside of a jacket that had been give to my daughter and no longer had labels to put her name in. They all worked perfectly!
Priced at £16.99 for one stamp and £25 for two, I think they are great value for money. They come complete with the ink pad. There is even free postage in mainland UK. More details of how to order HERE.
Please note: I have been using the stamp for over 4 months now and I can not recommend it highly enough, it been brilliant!
Thank you for reading
Disclaimer: I have been sent the stamps, for the purposes of this review. The thoughts and words however are my own. I have included images from the STAMPtastc site and not taken my own, purely for my childrens anonymity.

Sounds good! I am (or was) a Mrs Do, but of the old school sewing in Cash’s name tapes type – but maybe if I had to do it again I’d be tempted by these stamps.

Me too, love sewing the labels in, but there are just some items that cant be labelled that way. I think thats the beauty of this system. It means there is nothing out of bounds!! Plus, you know me M and stamping 😉
