Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
We were lucky enough to be invited to the Littlewoods Seasonal Spectacular, last weekend. There was mulled wine and hot chocolate, nibbles and a pick and mix shop, where no money was required, hurrah! Silly headgear, I think that was for the children but I couldn’t resist, and Father Christmas elves came to greet us at the door. We were swept away into a snow themed event, with even little surprises for the children in the snow, ready to be dug out. The snowballs and snow were fabulous! Miss A was enthralled that the snow felt ….”So cold and so lovely and soft!” Even the big Man himself was there. Father Christmas handed out presents to all of the children. Miss A was too shy she said to visit him, but luckily one of the very lovely elves sent a message to him with her Christmas wish list (thank you) and Miss A was also given a present as a thank you. Well Father Christmas, as ever, got it just right, it was a Hello Kitty Karaoke machine. She have used it every day since. We also had some friends around last night and we were subjected to delighted with lots of Christmas songs on it, I can see that it is going to be a firm favourite.
A huge thank you to the Littlewoods team, for a really lovely event. I met some new blogging friends , and got to look through a few rails of clothing whilst I was there. Lets just say, I’m definitely a Myleene Klass kinda gal, her collection was full of vintage inspired gorgeousness!
