Its been a while since my last snapshot. I wanted to add this one, as I was blown away with these the other day. Trays and trays of meringues from the Meringue Girls at an event I attended with B&Q. I was given a little bag of pistachio and rose ones to try. Oh they were delicious! I may have snook a passion fruit one too!
I am in good company as Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver are said to be fans of them too.
I’m about to start a long weekend, so have fun everyone.
