Today’s snapshot comes from The World of Beauty Event I attended with Nia my daughter last night. John Lewis in Nottingham was the location, at the beauty hall was buzzing with people. We had such a lovely time. As a tween, Nia is really interested in the whole beauty concept, and I don’t have a problem with her being introduced to it in a controlled way. She had a hand and arm massage on the Liz Earl counter, and at Benefit she had some mascara and lip gloss applied.
I bought the lip gloss for her as a treat, as it was such a pretty and subtle colour.
I love spending time with my (growing up so fast) eldest daughter. She is a great companion, so polite, caring and bright.
