For this finishing touch, I wanted to talk about children’s rugs. The final touch to a children’s room that can pull it all together, but also be so useful. We have been given a Zug to review. Zugs – carpets for kids, a family run company, have a fantastic and high quality selection available. I wanted to pick the humorously named Gary the Cloud or Monster Poo, but was over ruled by the 4 year old. 😉
The very pretty Hazel the heart below, was our final Zug of choice :
My youngest daughter, has a very small room, and we struggle with storage, and her having an area to play. We have been toying with the idea, of changing Miss A’s carpet to a wooden floor and adding a rug. This has been the a great solution though. We wanted to add a little colour, and make it into a designated area, for her to play, a hopefully making it easier to tidy up afterwards.
Its been perfect for all these things :
- 100% pure wool pile
- 100% pure cotton backing
- Non toxic dye
- Very soft, hardwearing & easy to clean
Perfect, for playing, practising her dancing and singing on, or just sitting and lying on, when she is relaxing.
She breaks up the bland and boring beige carpet, and the smile Hazel gives you, well you can’t help but smile back!
I was sent a Zug in order to do this review, I was not paid in any other way. My thoughts in this post are an honest reflection of my experience
