Have you seen the new Disney Cinderella movie? We saw it yesterday, and absolutely loved it. Lilly James, makes a brilliant Ella, as does Cate Blanchett as the cruel stepmother. I must confess when I saw Lilly James’ blue dress for the ball, I actually got chills, it’s so magical!
Just before we got to the cinema, I spotted some Cinderella glass slippers, so bought them for and Miss A (5) to wear through the film. Half way through she nudged me to go to the loo with her, and would you believe she had lost one of her slippers, so had to trip merrily down the cinema stairs with one shoe just like the princess in the fairy tale. Honestly I wouldn’t believe it unless I witnessed it myself.
Well as always happens when new Disney film come out, there are lots of opportunities to buy merchandise. We were seduced by the slippers, but we also have fallen for a Cinderella ReadyBed from Worlds Apart, which can be purchased from Tesco Direct and Asda.
ReadyBed is the original all-in-one sleeping bag and bed.
