Well if you’ve not managed to get down to London Fashion week, then I would totally recommend getting yourself to the Saatchi Gallery in Soho for London Fashion Weekend. Designed for all those people, who can’t take time off during the week, but still want to see all the trends, its perfect for all you fashion lovers out there.
They have floors of make-up and clothing as well as some other interesting electrical items to buy all around the gallery. I very nearly bought a bargain Vivienne Westwood scarf that was less than half price. Curse being on a self-imposed budget!I attended the Peter Pilotto show on behalf of my sponsor for the day Carpetright, who have their finger firmly on the pulse of what’s hot this and next season in the world of flooring, which I will letting you in on in the coming months.
Carpetright we’re thrilled to be partnering with London Fashion Weekend by supplying the event with luxury carpet for the Shop the Catwalk lounge, along with a selection of stylish rugs for the VIP Luxe Lounge.
Carpetright is the UK’s largest flooring specialist, offering a fantastic range of carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVT and engineered wood, to suit every home, on every budget.
It’s actually two not one designer, as the name suggests. Peter and Christopher de Vos have celebrity clients aplenty, with Emily Blunt and Nicole Kidman amongst them.
I loved the form-fitting shape, the cut outs with heavy lace embellishments. The trims of coats with acid twirl fabrics. The make-up was by Mabelline, hair by Toni and Guy. I couldn’t find who did the shoes, but I will update this post if I can, as they were amazing!
I hope to be back next year, as it was great fun.
