I am so proud of Miss N. She entered the creative and brilliant Red Ted Art’s drawing competition. It was to win four tickets to see Wicked in London and the winning design to be put on a tote bag!
WELL SHE WON!!!
One afternoon the girls sat with all their colouring things. They watched clips of the stage musical and we all looked at stills together. They then set about drawing, whilst I pottered around.
Here is Miss A’s (2) entry:
She was so pleased with herself! I think it’s Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, but I’m not 100% positive!
Here is Miss N’s entry, I especially love Glinda’s hair! (click on the image to enlarge)
We saw a clip of this scene, and Miss N was determined to try to capture it.
I just wanted to say a really big thank you to Maggie at Red Ted Art , and the company she was working with, Miss N is unbelievably excited!
She played Glinda earlier in the year( you can see my post HERE) in the Wizard of Oz. This is really going to be something to look forward to.
This is the one show we all wanted watch, so can’t wait to book, I’m sure I’ll let you know how we got on. 😉
I wondered what West End show you would you love to see?
Thank you for reading…..

Well done Miss N, what a star! Her drawing is truly wonderful, so a well-deserved winner. As for Miss A’s drawing, well, I’m expecting the Turner Prize will be coming her way in a few years. It’s funny as my friend has just been to see Wicked for the second time, and couldn’t believe I hadn’t been – sounds amazing and you’ll all have a much deserved great time. What do I want to see? – Wicked!
