Anyone who regularly reads my blog, knows I have a tinnie tiny obsession with buttons. I think my love of buttons started, like many when I was really young. Going through your mum’s button tin, using them to play games. I remember my mum having the most amazing collection.
I do have a small collection, not huge as I use my buttons all the time for projects. I’m excitedly waiting for delivery of some French buttons from the 1950’s in bright red. Not even sure I could bare to part from them yet, as they are so pretty.
So when I heard about a Button swap I just had to get involved. Over at the Noodle Bubble blog. She had the great idea, that you swap 50 buttons, of any size and shape with someone else. Importantly, ones that you would like to receive yourself. It is open internationally, so they could come from anywhere around the world. I have heard about swaps like this before, but never been able to join in. So a button swap sounds just perfect!
The sign up closes on the 14th of March, so if you would like to get involved you need to hurry and visit the blog to find out what to do.
Thank you for reading
