What are you all up to this half term?
I think because my two daughters are quite different in ages, sometime it can be tricky trying to find something that they can play at the same time. Rules are made to be broken at Miss A’s tender age of 4, and so board games can be a little challenging at times! One thing they both love to do though is singing and dancing. Miss N (11) who by the way has now decided that she wants to be called Nia…tweens hey? Well Nia *ahem* discovered an app called video star. Where you basically become a star of your own music video. They have had hours and hours of fun doing this so far. So I thought I would share the results of two of those videos to you, as part of my monthly challenge with Center Parcs.
I must admit, I think they are both fantastic. Though it’s not strictly a game, which is what the challenge asked for, it has given us lots of great (and free) fun as a family….I’m not willing to share the one that Tall Dad and I starred in though, far too embarrassing.
First up is both of the girls together :
I hear this song all day long at the moment, Miss A is completely obsessed with the Disney film Frozen. If you’ve not seen it, you really must. Its a fab story, with brilliant music. Disney just always seem to know how really do it.
Finally this is just my eldest on her own. I think its brilliant, and so creative. Its one you need to watch all the way through, as it get better and better.
I’m a Center Parcs Family Blogger and will be visiting Sherwood village with my family. If you want to enter to win a place as a wildcard winner just go the challenge page to find out how HERE.
Have a lovely half term everyone, and get creative with video star!

Ah they’re fab. That’s certainly something the two enjoy doing together and you’ve reminded me that my two do too, so will get them on it pronto. And then that second one really took me by surprise – really good – she can act as well! X

A couple of real performers there. So enjoyed this. And I’m going to have to find that app, so my boys can unleash their inner singing stars x
