For this weeks look at an on-line shop, I’ve changed direction and am looking at fashion with the women’s wear brand, Whistle and Wolf.
They primarily sell fun and and flirty dresses, with lots of colourful prints and designs. Whistle and Wolf also have a small collection of skirts, tops and trousers. Many of the dresses are suitable for work wear, whilst others I would say are more suitable for the evenings. If you like bold and creative prints, this is a definitely a brand to check out.
I went for a tailored dress in an orchid and bamboo print. This shape is not one I would usually go for, as I am definitely a pear shape, and wasn’t sure it would suit me. I was surprised and delighted to find it a really flattering fit. The satin had a little stretch, and the tulip shape of the skirt I loved, it made it really comfortable to wear, and sit in. I also loved that the pleated capped sleeves balanced out my hips.

The fixed waist band was at the perfect point, and definitely nipped the dress in at the waist, I added a leather belt to accentuate that effect. I decided to keep the look simple and just accesorized with my green satchel and opaque tights. You could definitely wear this dress in warmer weather though without tights.
It is fully lined, so the dress really skimmed my body, and the fabric felt luxurious and great quality.
