Its my favourite blogging time of the year again. BritMums Live seems to come round faster every time, and this year is set to be a humdinger of an event! {Don’t you just love the word humdinger }
So in this post, I wanted to do a couple of things, firstly and most importantly, let you in on who is sponsoring me to attend the event, and secondly introduce myself.
This year, I have an amazing sponsor, and I am extremely happy to announce that it is Coca-Cola! For the first time my sponsor will actually be at the event I attend too (which is exciting in itself) here’s what they say about the event:

For years, Coca-Cola has supported the biggest sporting events across the globe and this year is no exception as we prepare for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. While the host country, Brazil, might be on the other side of the world, we’ll be helping the nation get active at home and even at Britmums!
We’re be bringing a touch of football fever to our Britmums stand – so come and show us your ‘keepie uppies’, while hearing more about energy balance and getting your hands on your very own Share a Coke personalised bottle.
What’s more, Fiona Angus, Manager of Science at Coca-Cola UK will be on the stand to answer any questions you have relating to our brands, our portfolio, our ingredients and our initiatives in the UK. We will also be able to tell you more about our recent online tools that help to educate and inspire active lifestyles and energy.
I am a huge Coca-Cola fan, diet and diet cherry are my favourite, just in case you wondered – with or without rum in it! It a classic, and iconic brand, so its such a cool sponsor. Can you tell I’m excited!

Ohhhh yes! The BIB’s are on Friday evening, and I have been selected to be in the finals of the style category.
What are you most looking forward to at BritMums Live 2014?
Meeting up with friends, old and new.
What are you wearing?
Well, usually I’d wear a maxi skirt or dress and flats, as that’s what I’m most comforta
ble in during the day. I’m actually thinking of something casual in the day this time, might even wear jeans…we shall see.
I have got a gorgeous dress for the evening thanks to Kaliko.
What do you hope to gain from BritMums Live 2014?
For me, I love gleaning the little nugget of information that helps me on my blogging journey. The photography session is always one I really enjoy, as are the keynote speeches. I also love catching up with old friends and meeting new people I’ve been chatting with online but haven’t yet met face to face.
Do you have any tips to pass on to others who may not have been before?
Well, definitely plan what you want to do, and who you want to see before hand. Contact online friends before the event so you can meet up and walk in together. Sometimes that bit feels overwhelming.
Make sure you plan something for the Friday night after the BIBs, as you will need to eat, believe me.
