I have spoken before about my love of Joseph Joseph, I was even featured once in a magazine answering questions about the brand. You can read about that HERE. If you are looking for contemporary and innovative kitchenware, then Joseph Joseph delivers!
I was sent a couple of items to review, that I wanted to share with you today.
First up, this Elevate 100 Carving Set – £40 It’s a 8 inch carving knife and fork set. The knife and carving fork, neatly fit in a protective sheath which is included.
I love that it keeps the items together, as you will inevitable need to use them both at the same time anyway, so it makes complete sense. To use the knife and fork, they fit well in the hand, easy to grip and the knife is sharp, a ground blade edge, cutting through things easily.
The handle design prevents the knife blade and fork tool, to touch the work surface. So improving hygiene and meaning less mess to clean up. I really must buy some of their elevate utensils that do the same, as this always something that annoys me when I cook, even more so when someone else cooks!
I made a special request to review one of the Joseph Joseph Worktop Savers, which is one the products that I have meaning to try for a while now.
There are so many designs in this range, from retro icons, patterns and illustrations to modern and colourful like this colour block one (£15) 30cm x 30cm. Seeing as I have just broken my very precious pizza serving plate, which we have had since we were engaged 16 years ago (gosh is it really that long ago) I thought its first use should be for that. Luckily this has a lifetime guarantee too!
The Worktop Saver has many uses, as its very strong and durable and made toughened glass. It can be used to protect a surface, serve as I have done here, or even used like a chopping board when preparing food. It’s dishwasher safe thank goodness, as if you are anything like me, I like to make sure where I prepare food is very clean. Also its stain and odour resistant.
Whilst using the Worktop Saver it feels really secure with its rubber feet gripping the surface.
So that’s just two of the vast array of Joseph Joseph products that are available. If you want to see more, visit this site with the full range.
