If you haven’t guessed by now, I’m all about the organisation. I really hate mess, and I can’t function unless things are orderly. One area I’ve definitely not tackled was my growing collection of gardening bits and bobs. I spotted this cute set of tins on the Handpicked Collection website. Perfect, and so much better than the old plastic tubs I’d been using. It looks so smart it would make a great present I think, for a green fingered friend or relative.
The Gardener’s Gubbins Pots £19.95 : There is still lots of space for me to fill, and its definitely plenty big enough for most households I think. Made from powder-coated steel, there are 9 pots to fill, and they are stored in a metal tray with carry handle, so you can transfer it to different areas easily if needed.
You don’t have to of course use the pots for the reasons printed on the front, but they are a good guide. I’ve been meaning to collect the wooden ice lolly sticks for such a long time to use as labels, and now I’ve got this I’ll get have somewhere to store them, rather than keep throwing throwing them away when I forget why I’ve kept them.
I also got these Bradley Flower Scissors £19.95 which come in a leather pouch.
They are incredibly sharp, and perfect for achieving a slanted cut to a flower stem and even the woodiest branch from my tests.
I actually gave my rose bushes (which are the one thing in my garden that grows incredibly well) a prune with them they had gotten so straggly after I left them too long last year, and they cut through the stems with complete ease, I was seriously impressed! I think I’m going to save them now though for when I buy flowers for my home, as there is always struggle to cut.
Have you started spring cleaning your garden, or garden supplies? I’d love to know.
I was gifted these items, thoughts and words however, are all my own, and this is a honest review.

This looks really nice and neat! I wonder if they are rustproof so I can keep them in my barn?
