DAYTOX REVIEW
I’m excited today to share with you a new vegan beauty brand, called DAYTOX. We were gifted the above products to test out, for an honest review.
DAYTOX products are designed to restore the body’s natural balance by using its own powers. The result is a more vitalised appearance, enhancing your natural charisma. We recommend DAYTOX products as part of a balanced lifestyle including a healthy diet and adequate exercise.
DAYTOX, is a DETOX skin care range to help detox the skin and improve its appearance. DAYTOX uses a combo of clinically tested active detoxifying substances with medicinal plants and oils. It’s available from Waitrose and really well priced between £10 – £29. The two products I’m going to review, aren’t actually suitable for me, however they are for my daughter who is 16. She has combination skin, with a more oily t-zone, so the perfect candidate to test them out. Both products are masks, however the Volcanic Mud is also a cleanser too. I’m very careful about the products Nia uses, and these definitely fit the bill – no silicones, parabens or synthetic colours. The perfume oils are 100% allergen-free too.
MASKS :
DAYTOX Volcanic Mud – £20 for 100 ml it is a 2-in-1 product, a gentle cleansing foam and a purifying mask. Volcanic mineral mud absorbs excess oil and cleanses deeply without drying out the skin.
So Nia tested this out, morning and evening. She lathered the product with water and applied it to her damp face. She found the Volcanic mask really worked well, leaving her skin feeling clean and neither greasy or drying. If you wanted to use it as a mask, you leave for 5 minutes rinsing off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
DAYTOX Peel-Off Mask – £20 for 100ml is a pitch-black active charcoal mask. Perfect if you need an intensive deep cleansing mask. It absorbs excess sebum and with regular use combats the formation of blackheads. The result is a more revitalised and radiant skin as well as a refined complexion.
I recommend that you use a mask brush (or an old clean makeup brush) to the T-zone (nose, forehead, chin) making sure you don’t use it around the eye area. Leave for at least 25-30 minutes until the mask has completely dried. Remove the mask carefully in one piece and wash any remains with lukewarm water. For a perfect result, use the mask 1-2 times a week for normal skin, 2-3 times a week for blemished skin. This is the kind of mask Nia loves, and she was very impressed with the results.
Overall, with love whole ethos of the brand and the simple packaging. Both were nicely scented (hyper allergens perfuming) easy to use, without any irritation to the skin.

I really enjoyed the nicely scented, luxurious feel, and after wash clean feel to the foaming face wash so I’ll give the masks a go too
