Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire: A Back To School Package!

Are you beginning to flag yet?

Are the school holidays starting to feel like really hard work, with so much juggling and over committing?

Well Eden Hall, day spa in Nottinghamshire have the perfect antidote. Myself and three other bloggers were given the opportunity to sample it first hand.

Monday-Friday 10am-3pm from September 2012

This includes full use of the spa, including saltwater vitality pool, water therapyand heated rooms, the gymnasium, exercise and relaxation classes, relaxation lounges and chill out areas

You will be provided with robes and towels, to use throughout your stay

A three-course lunch

Experience the Revolutionary Massage Chair, together with a scalp, or hand massage from an Eden therapist, to magic those stresses and strains away

So we four intrepid bloggers, decided to test this package and see whether it would get our seal of relaxation approval. We swam and chilled out, chattered in the outdoor jacuzzi, experienced the water therapy and heated rooms.

We then though it our duty, to fully test the amazing slumber room.

Before we knew it, it was time to meet the Revolutionary Massage Chair. Now this chair is no ordinary chair, I won’t explain further myself. Here is the video, of each of us either just after or during our chair experience:

At this point it was time for us to be seated in a small dining room off the main area, and to eat a most delicious three-course lunch.

I choose a Salad of Asparagus: new potato, feta cheese, and egg, with a lemon dressing

Followed by a slow roasted sundried tomato and pesto tagliatelle, with toasted pine nuts. Both of these could be made dairy free, if you required. They tasted amazing, full of flavour. We all also helped ourselves to the salad bar, which had a huge choice of freshly made salads. I loved the fact, they were very well labelled too.

Finally:

This is one of the finest deserts I have had in a long time : A dark chocolate and cherry torte, served with brandy snap ice-cream, indulgent and very delicious!

It was just the perfect relaxing day, to spend with friends. It was definitely both extremely relaxing, and amazing value for money. I would give it a 10/10 and a gold star! BookIng details HERE.
