Well, we’ve managed it! We have gotten through the whole of the school summer holidays juggling everything. Work, children husbands (well sometimes it feels like I have more than one) and the gizzillion other commitments that we all have. I’m one day in to the back to school routine, and I’m feeling that I really could do with a break and some time to myself. I was lucky enough last year to sample the Eden Hall Back to School Package, a gorgeously relaxing spa day in the beautiful surroundings of Eden Hall. Alternatively the gymnasium is also if you would like to do something more active. With professional instructors deliver regular exercise and relaxation classes.

Relax in our specialist massage chair and let all your stresses and strains melt away
The chair creates an Acupressure Experience; a Japanese style of massage which uses the same pressure points as in acupuncture. Whilst enjoying massage from the feet to the neck, our Eden therapist will provide a relaxing scalp massage. This experience offers relaxation which renews and refreshes the entire body.
