I have been lucky enough to be testing out some really amazing beauty products recently. This one has really been an eye opener for me. I’ve only tested two so far, however I am not exaggerating when I say they are little bottles of AMAZING!
The Aromatherapy miniature bath and shower oils, contain blends of natural oils, with nothing else added. I’m not really a bath person, and have never tried a bath oil, but decided in order to really feel the benefits of de-stressing a bath would be more advantageous.
So I ran a hot bath, and tipped the full bottle into it. It didn’t of course foam and bubble, but it was nevertheless incredible satisfying. Unlike any bubble bath that I have used, even the most expensive kind, it smelt amazing. It was an enveloping fragrance, that felt like it reached my very core. Seriously, I lay in the bath not wanting the experience to end. I also slept very well both nights that I used the bath oils.
The two bottles I have used so far:
De-Stress Mind, Bath and Shower Oil, which contains wild camomile, petitgrain, frankincense and rosemary. Said to clear the head and de-stress.
Support Equilibrium Bath and Shower Oil, helps to lift the spirits, a floral blend of geranium, rose, frankincense and bergamont, and is said to be perfect during times of emotional stress.
They have formulas, specially blended for the mind and body, ones to even revive you in the morning. I really have enjoyed using them, and can’t wait to try my next little bottle of amazing!
Available online at Aromatherapy Associates, (£30 9 x 30ml)
Also at leading Spas and Hotels, as well as Liberty, Space NK and Fortnum and Masons.

I need to learn to love the bath-tub. I could do with relaxing and unwinding and sleeping.

Bath are really not my thing, but I knew it would be a better experience, if I tried them that way. Can’t believe what a difference they made, slept like a baby, and I sleep terribly. Thanks for the comment xx
