With uplifting clary sage, frankincense to help focus the mind and to calm the thoughts cardamom and rosemary. For physical strength rose, vetivert to calm and heal, and finally geranium to balance emotions and stimulate circulation. Its an amazing scent, that I would describe as mellow, spicy but definitely fresh smelling. I was going to use the sample oil I received myself, but decided to pass it on to someone who I know, who needs to find some inner strength.
