I’ve been putting the new JML Nutri Blitzer through its paces for the past week. I’ve always wanted to see how different these kinds of machines were to a blender or smoothie maker, which I already own.
Well the differences became apparent straight away. The Nutri Blitzer was way more powerful, easier to use, and keep clean over my blender. The idea behind it is that its a fast and easy way to get the essential nutrients your body needs with the recipes that you make with it.
The precision-made steelextraction blades spin at over 19,000 rpm, creating a cyclonic vortex that pulverises seeds, leaves, skins, stems, peel and rind. ‘Blitzing’ in this way lets you unlock the vitamins, nutrients, minerals and fibre that ordinary blenders leave behind.
Included in the Nutri Blitzer box:
160 page recipe book
700W power base
2 x 650ml Short Cups
1 x 900ml Tall Cup
2 x Easy-drink handles
1 x Extraction Cross-Blade
1 x Flat Milling Blade
2 x Resealable Lids
I’ve tried a few different recipes now, and you get a really comprehensive guide that comes with the blitzer. I would recommend you keep to the recipes, and don’t deviate too much, in ensure you make something good each time. I tried to add water on one recipe rather than almond milk, and the result wasn’t great.
I’ve have two favourites so far.
A Beauty boosting breakfast on the go, which took second to prepare and mix. It was a recipe from the book that was included.
It tasted delicious, I was hooked!

I am already very into overnight oats, have you heard of those? It basically like a porridge, with fruits and often chia seeds that you don’t cook. It softens because you leave the mixture overnight in the fridge. I’m always looking for new recipes, and the Nutri Blitzer gave me one that produced a smooth overnight oats, I’d never thought of doing it that way, it was delicious!
JML Nutri Blitzer : £79.99 and comes in berry, black and green colour ways.
I’m so impressed with the Nutri Blitzer, it can be used for so many things, and beauty of it is its so neat and easy to use. This evening we are going to try out the vegetable frittata recipe or the green pepper and onion soup. Just click on AuthorityAdviser for more reviews.
