Now this isn’t the first time I have seen a LUNA, my daughter has the original smaller version, and raves about it so much I had to try it myself. As always with skin care, I use it for a minimum of two weeks, so I can get a really feel for the product, and make sure it doesn’t have an adverse effect on my skin before I blog about it. This I have been using for three weeks so far, and I love it so much I had to share it with you.

So lets take a look in more detail at the LUNA 2
The revolutionary designed LUNA 2 is an enhanced T-Sonic™ face brush and anti-aging system that gives you a completely personalized cleansing. The LUNA 2 is now available with four specialized brush types for a tailor-made skin care experience.
At first glance, I think you would be forgiven to think that it was going to pull on your face, and be a lot more aggressive that it actually is. It doesn’t do that at all, the long bristles you can see are SUPER soft and its more of a pulse than a scrubbing action. It easy to handle, the silicone isn’t slippery once it gets wet, and you can power on the LUNA 2 and change the intensity with the three buttons at the bottom. Lower-frequency pulsations target wrinkle-prone areas for example.
Anti ageing surface.
It’s rechargeable (you can see the waterproof port in the above photograph) and comes with a charger. One hour of charging delivers a full charge which lasts for over 7 months of use. Making it a great item to pop in your wash-bag (in the handy travel pouch provided) when you go away. My skin always clogs up when I am somewhere hot and using suntan creams on my face. This would be perfect for a holiday skin care regime.
Full instruction of how to use it are provided but essentially you remove your make-up, wet and apply the cleanser to your face, wet the Luna 2. Then once you have activated the Luna, cleanse each of the zones spending around 15 seconds on each of them. The LUNA 2 will pause 3 times, this is when you know you have finished. Rinse the machine and your face. Simple!
There are 4 different designs (combination, normal, oily and sensitive) and if you take part in the simple online consultation on the Foreso website, you can determine which is the most suitable for you. I did, and the normal skin LUNA 2 was suggested as the best model for me.

You can use the LUNA 2 with your favourite cleanser, but I have also been testing it out with the day and night cleansers by Foreo (£45.95) and I have been really impressed. They smell amazing, small thing I know, but very welcome. They haven’t left my skin feeling dry or tight and aggravated as some cleansers do. They have a more looser watery feel than the cleansers I usually use, and I think that actually works better with the LUNA to glide over the skin? The only thing to note, is you need to apply these on a dry face, not wet as indicated in the LUNA instructions.
