More often than not garden sheds sit abandoned and unused, filled with old plant pots, rusty lawnmowers and dozens of spiders! But with just a few changes, it really is very easy to turn your old potting shed into a gorgeous living space, like I did turning my garden shed into a lovely summerhouse, where I can retreat and relax when things get a bit too hectic in the house. De-clutter Throw away the junk! After many years you’ve probably built up quite a collection of clutter. It might ... read more

Nine Design Tips for the Post-natal Home
Today I have a guest post, from a fab blogger Avi, I met whilst in Israel earlier this year. It's time to prepare your home for your new family member who will start crawling everywhere. Humour is definitely required. The little one has cracked the egg and is now at home. What a joy! Here's a few images of what it did looked like : Just out of shot was a small desk and chair in ... read more

I have been looking at so many sources for inspiration to add a little of summer to my home, namely my living room. I love the golds and teals and turquoises that I have now but I really would like to brighten up and lighten my living room for summer. Then go back to the darker teals in the autumn and winter. My sofa is a rich gold leather, I have white walls, and lots of warm wood, so I'm looking for something that compliments that. ... read more
